An integrated perspective.
Decisions on
solid ground.

We advise individuals, businesses and organisations on decisions involving assets, contracts and projects. We combine legal judgement and management to define the next steps and support their execution.

Professional advisory services · ChileLegal insight. Practical thinking.

Our starting point

Behind every decision is a project, an asset or an organisation. We work to understand it and help it move forward.

01 / Services

Your assets, your business
and your projects.

We consider the legal implications, available resources and practical requirements of every engagement.

We advise on decisions affecting your assets and their transfer. We review records, draft notarial deeds and coordinate the steps needed to clarify ownership, address legal irregularities and reduce transaction risks.

  • Liquidation of matrimonial property regimes and division of jointly held assets
  • Inheritance, recognition of heirship and registration procedures

We help structure your business and bring clarity to your agreements. We define rights, obligations and responsibilities to prevent disputes and protect your interests, with legal representation when a dispute needs to be resolved.

  • Company formation, amendments and corporate structuring
  • Contracts, shareholders' agreements and commercial arrangements
  • Negotiation and representation in and out of court
  • Litigation and dispute resolution
03

Compliance and data protection

We help identify organisational risks and turn compliance requirements into concrete actions. We propose measures proportionate to your activities, with clear responsibilities and an implementation plan.

  • Risk assessment and compliance gap analysis
  • Crime prevention, internal policies and procedures
  • Review of data processing, privacy policies and contracts
  • Impact assessments, training and ongoing support
04

Technology and project management

We analyse processes and information requirements to define technology improvements, budgets and work plans. Mauricio coordinates the commercial and operational aspects of each project, working with the legal practice where relevant.
